When you purchase a product from us we will allow you to return it for a full refund. The only condition to this is that if it is not faulty in any way then it should be returned in a reasonable time, two weeks is our normal condition unless previously arranged, and that it is returned in a re-saleable condition.

When you purchase a system from us for a particular instrument we will offer to send you all systems suitable for that instrument for a two week evaluation period, longer can be arranged. This will allow you to try all our products in your own time. You can try them during a rehearsal or a performance. We ask you to pay for the first product and that you pay and arrange for the safe return of the unwanted products. If after evaluation, you decide you do not want any of the items we will refund your initial purchase. Please ensure that all items are returned in a re-saleable condition.

If you choose to hire any of our products we will take this hire charge in to account if you choose to purchase the product within a 3 month period of the end of the hire.
