We hope you will never have reason to return your Accusound product but if you should have a problem for whatever reason we will be happy to do what we can to get you up and running as quickly as possible. Any manufacturing fault occurring within 1 year of purchase will be repaired/rectified without question. If more than 1 year has elapsed since you purchased the microphone then we will need to look into each case individually.

Please let us know when you are sending any microphones to us so we can give you an estimated repair time and cost if out of warranty.

For systems out of warranty we make a charge of £25 per microphone to inspect it and produce a repair estimate. If the repair is simple it may be covered by this charge otherwise this charge is deducted from the charge of the full repair.

If you are unlucky enough to find that your microphone system is not repairable or not economically viable to repair please dispose of it with care, or return it us. There may be parts which we can recycled and if not we can return raw materials to be recycled and reprocessed.
